Riddikulus!

Do you remember the Leggy Sneak Peek I shared with you a few days ago?  Well, here is the beauty that I was working on ...

This was a Custom Spell Hoop inspired by the "Riddikulus" spell from the Harry Potter series. The spell Riddikulus is used when fighting a Boggart.  "Riddikulus" forces the Boggart to take the appearance of an object upon which the caster is concentrating (usually a humorous form). In Ron Weasley's case in the Harry Potter series, his fear was of spiders which is what this was based in part on.

I have to say though, it was a little daunting at first ... recreating a spider from felt *and* placing him in roller skates!  But I have to say, the longer I worked on this the more it has become my favorite Harry Potter inspired hoop yet.

Yes, Wingardium Leviosa is my other favorite for sure but there's something about this one that hits close to home.  There are so many spiders in and around our new little abode that I almost wish I could cast this spell on the occasions I've come face to face with one of these beasties.

I loved it so much that I added a listing for it in my shop.  What would *your* boggart turn into if you cast the Riddikulus spell?
