• Just. Five. More. Minutes ...
• Ugh, I should have never stayed up so late last night.
• I should have stayed up later ... there's so much work to do!
• Do you have to go to the bathroom?
• Do you need a tissue?
• Mommy needs to get something to eat.
• Come on, we're going to start school now!
• Okay, 5 more minutes.
• Okay, really, only 5 more minutes.
• Time's up!  Don't make me count to three!
• Do you have to go to the bathroom?  Then why are you wiggling in your seat?
• God, I'm so hungry. What should we eat?
• Good Lord, I'm so full. I doubt I'll have dinner tonight.
• Don't kick the dog!  Do you want to go on time out?
• Yup, that's a fairy clue for sure.
• Hmmm, fancy some tea and snacks?
• No, you can't wear all of your skirts at once again.  Remember the last disaster?
• God, I'm so hungry ... when's dinner?
• I love you, goodnight.
• I should go to bed,
• Oooh, I haven't seen this episode of [insert random name of show I'm watching on Netflix].
• Just. Five. More. Minutes ...

Hello Spring

The weather has been gorgeous around here lately and I've been lucky enough to have the prettiest blooms sprouting out around my house.  

These beauties were "gifts" from the family that lived here previously and I'm so happy they made some of the selections that they did (with the exception of some of the bushes we took down which were absolute mosquito magnets!).

I'm hoping that this year I'll be able to make more of a dent in our landscaping and brighten up the front of our house and yard.  In the meantime, check out this fantastic DIY that I spied through Pinterest that I'd love to make for my front entryway, but I'm guessing it would look just as great out back as well ... Weekend DIY Project: Stacked Planterss For Your Home Sweet Home.  Now pardon me while I tell the Mr. we're headed to the Home Depot / neighborhood nursery this weekend to make this happen.
